Nestled in the tranquil outskirts of Campobello, lies a property rich with history and nostalgia. Once a bustling corporate retreat in the vibrant 80s, this sprawling estate holds memories of high-powered meetings, team-building exercises, and lavish parties. Over the years, however, the property underwent a transformation, becoming a cherished home for a lucky family. Yet, as we set foot onto the grounds, armed with vision and determination, we saw the untapped potential that lay within. Recognizing the need of the times, we embarked on an ambitious journey to remodel and refurbish this remarkable property, breathing new life into its walls and giving it purpose once again, to be unveiled as a welcoming and rejuvenating haven for the year 2024.

The property also features access to 1.5 miles of the Saluda Grade Rail Trail, Which is being repurposed to a running and biking trail. We plan to offer soon powersport rentals, bike rentals, and numerous establishments along the upcoming trail which will be available to our guests at the retreat.
