Old Mill Village is a 67-acre private estate in Campobello, a short drive from both Greenville and Spartanburg. Most venues hand you a few hours and a parking lot. We hand you the whole property — the lake, the creeks, the forest trails, the sauna, and enough beds that nobody has to leave when the music stops.

The sauna
A sauna built into the estate. Couples use it as a wedding-morning wellness ritual: the bridal party unwinds, resets, and gets ready without leaving the grounds.

A sand beach fed by a year-round stream, right on the property. Waterfront ceremony backdrops and barefoot afternoons.

Outdoor Wedding
Old Mill is the big celebration - up to 250 guests, ceremony outdoors on the deck or in the woods, reception under the covered wood-crafted canopy. It's for couples who want the full outdoor day without gambling on dinner and dancing on the weather: the part that matters most stays under cover. Wedding venue with three tiers, scaled by how long the property is yours and whether your inner circle stays the night.

Freedom Hall is the intimate option - up to 120 guests, with an outdoor ceremony (deck or woods) and the reception indoors in the ballroom. Built for couples who want a smaller, weatherproof reception with the same lake and grounds around them. Wedding venue with three tiers, scaled by duration and overnight access.

The Retreat hands your group the run of the property by the night - lodging, gathering spaces, the ball room, and the grounds, with no event attached. The retreat center has three tiers, ranging from a small lodge-only group to nearly the whole property.

Camp is the entire property, top to bottom, for your group alone - every building, all the lodging, the kitchen, the grounds, the canopy, the sauna, and the trails. The all-in buyout for the biggest gatherings: family reunions, multi-day retreats, and group getaways that want the keys to all 67 acres.
